I lay down in anaesthesia, everything was black, but I felt hunger,I was so terribly hungry and in my anaesthesia I said, can’t I have something to eat, what a restaurant is this?
Our Berner eats twice a day but she has a handful of cut up green beans when we have dinner and kibble for a midnight snack at 8. End of the day seems to be more difficult for her and her appetite.

Ah Red, you are so sweet to Rover and he appreciates it.

You want seconds? Wait a minute and I’ll give you 60 seconds.

Rover must be part Lab. My Goldens were content with two meals a day. Newton is always hungry, ever hopeful, for more!

The dessert didn’t appear to be different from the main meal.

How sweet of you, Red.

If humans can have dessert, so can dogs, even if it is only kibble.

Yes, my “Goldens” were Golden Retrievers. Newton is a Fox Red Lab. He has two cousin dogs who are also Fox Red Labs.
