I like this kind of hate and love between Brutus and his chief. But it seems to me that hate is a one-way direction.

For his next lunch, Brutus should bring a bowl of winter Kimchi!! IF the chief wants to smell some “perspiration,” that will do the trick! I used to do that while stationed in Japan. Used to drive my Ops Officer crazy!!

I bought a new stick deodorant today. The instructions said “Remove cap and push up bottom”. I can barely walk but every time I fart the room smells lovely.

At least the boss didn’t say “and I am going to make you sweat”

For you Thornapple, I would recommend street smarts, and don’t sweat the small stuff. Take it from me, (RV) being a genius is a very high bar to set.

Now Brutus, you are supposed to work smarter, not harder. Especially where I work this is true. It gets in the triple digits in the summertime. You don’t do anything extraordinary if you can avoid it.

It reminds me of the old “Right Guard” deodorant joke . Why does so and so stink on his left side? He could not find Left Guard deodorant. Is Brutus going to stink on his left side?

Ah, he finally agrees with Brutus, albeit with one minor qualification. But agree with him, he does………

Only if perspiration is a mark of one’s effort. I knew a guy that had horrible BO and sweating with practically no effort. So bossman is right when he wants Brutus to use good deodorant. This guy used no deodorant and loved lying on his bed in our dorm room with his arm pits in plain view.
