Rest room, or reading room?

He’s gonna be in so much trouble……………

Oh God, he’s going to be a lawyer. Bending the rules for a convenient outcome.

Wow. I never did that. Yeah right. LOL.

It’s all right. He never said why he went to the bathroom.

One might say his tummy felt (the) funnies.

Mad magazine was about the only thing I read when I was at Reds age.

Not very smart, Red.

When i started school as a kid i wondered what this “rest room” that everyone was going to. I thought it would have a bed so I could take a nap. Imagine my disappointment when all I found was a bunch of toilets.

Class must have been super boring, Red!

He might be able to get away with that… once.

Amateur – we were able to hide our comic books in our notebooks and textbooks to make it look like we were studying!

When I was teaching I kept the Sunday comics as a choice in the reading area. I’d post daily comics in different places around the classroom, especially pencil sharpener, waste basket, etc.

You need to stick the magazine up a trouser leg. When it’s pressing against your belly, it makes you feel like you need to go to the bathroom. :)

I like the way he thinks.

In the future, people will feign restroom breaks to use the phone at work.

As with many kids, then & now, school is boring to them & they need a distraction of something they like, even if they have to make an excuse to have the distraction.

No one “rests” when they go to the toilet.
