Ghost of Pandemics Past?

One of my sons had those episodes when he was in high school. Said they didn’t scare him because he knew that ghosts weren’t real, but were interesting to watch.

If you could read my mind love

What a tale my thoughts could tell

Just like an old time movie

About a ghost from a wishing well

In a castle dark or a fortress strong

With chains upon my feet

You know that ghost is me

And I will never be set free

As long as I’m a ghost you can’t see

Unrequited level: eventual madness. If your night terror also loves you, then unrequited level: Greek tragedy… Or BBC sitcom.

Having “The Turn of the Screw” flashbacks.

And . . . . . . another 2 weeks plus of doing diddlysquat. Comic strip writing, the only job that has more time off doing nothing than a elected official.

I think she died

Haven’t had a new comic for 2 months.

Oh man, sleep paralysis… 2 months ago, I had sleep paralysis alongside a nightmare and it was dreadful.

I was awakened in my room, but I was unable to move. The weirdest part is when my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I noticed that a figure looking just like my friend was blankly staring at me from the other side of my bed, which was already weird/spooky enough… Soon after, slowly, he started to morph into a more demonic figure… I was already starting to get scared at that point, but I was still composed because I knew this was just a nightmare and this all isn’t real. I was only getting scared because of how helpless I was, but all that changed into genuine fear when suddenly, I heard weird chuckling from that direction, but the worst part was when I suddenly started to suffocate. I legit couldn’t breathe at all and my “friend” started to float closer while morphing even more into a demonic mess.

Fortunately as “he” was about to get too close to me and I legit almost suffocated to death, the nightmare and sleep paralysis ended. That’s pretty much the first time I felt genuine fear in my life, I really hope I’ll never have another sleep paralysis experience like that… I hid under my blanket for the rest of the night and didn’t sleep a blink… All this in my mid 20s…. How embarrassing….

Oh nooooooooo… I love you kisses but can’t due to “ghost reasons”

I dreamt last night there was an update here :(
