Sophie, you’re a dog. If nothing is going on, it’s nap time.

It’s always a good time for a nap. That’s where I’m headed with my two Havies right now. Don’t care if it is 9 am.
Avoid the mid-morning scramble. Start now!
That’s pretty much what I do. If it’s not snack time, it’s nap time.
I’m off work tonight
I dont need to nap on my nights off, I still sleep my normal schedule
I keep saying I’m going to stay up all night one of my nights off, hasn’t happened since I went back to working nights
The cats insist I sleep at least an extra couple of hours about midnight to 2
Most any time is nap time. Sometimes I need a nap so I can stay awake until bedtime.

Most any time is nap time. Sometimes I need a nap so I can stay awake until bedtime.
