And “Keto” was fit as a fiddle! And he kicked butt, too!

I follow a diet that start on Sunday night and stop on Monday morning. It’s weird: it doesn’t work.

The “side effects” of the Keto diet will make you reconsider the “benefits” of following it!! And that’s not a /SNARK/

Sidekick? I remember who played Kato, but don’t remember who played The Green Hornet.

They’ll all fail if you insist on making those midnight icebox raids.

Don’t diet. Just slightly cut down the quantity of the food you do eat. Exercise a little bit more each week, and before you know it you will be competing with Kato for being the Green Hornet’s sidekick….

My thought too, a person doesn’t need a name brand diet, just eat better and get some exercise. The problem is that unhealthy food is a lot more convenient, maybe less expensive too. I was doing pretty good until the pandemic hit. Then I started to ride my bike, doing well until Winter hit. Hopefully soon both will be over. Looking forward to riding my bike again in another month or so.

Yes the keto diet works. I lost 33 pounds on it. The difficulty starts when you try to maintain the weight you have arrived at.

Is it the diet that fails, or your failure to stay on the diet.

pauljmsn, CallMeMeg, Jefano, KEA, BoSundling, corpcasselbury, Whoa, I was worried that few readers would get the Green Hornet reference when I wrote this strip—it turns out my commenters have a wealth of knowledge on the subject. I should have known! :)
