Anyone who puts a person “on the spot” like that in a public place deserves a “No.” Believe me, the wedding itself is all the performance art any couple needs.
My daughter-in-law told me of her friend’s wedding. The bride and all the bridesmaids were dance majors at the university. The ceremony involved scantily clad bridesmaids creeping along the forest floor to arrive at the foot of the bride and groom. Oh, boy!
