I read into it too much. Basically, Sergio buys extra items and really is not aware of how much he has of some items. Baldo of course is another one for the stack. I have a neighbor down the street whose house I have walked past and they happen to have the garage door open he has more toilet paper packages than a convenience store has on stock and there are always new packs. This has been years.
We had plenty of paper towels and TP (and soap and dish soap and laundry soap) – though husband seems to think we use much more than we do – he seems to think that the 2 of us go through 2 rolls (one up and one down) a week – I gave in on TP last March when he was in a panic and let him buy a package. We just start the FIRST roll of TP he bought then – we had over half of a Costco package plus a started roll and 2 spares in each of the 2 bathrooms plus a set of same in our tiny RV. I keep pointing this out to me.
He did not go crazy over paper towels but would no longer let me use them to wash the dishes – and I was only using them for same as he would no longer let me use a sponge for same due to his being sure the ants were due to same. (The ants were due to him leaving a glass from sugared sports drink in the sink and not rinsing it out.) So no sponges and no paper towels – I (not him) had to figure out what to use instead. I cut up old kitchen towels which I had around as rags and used them, changing them daily and throwing them into the laundry to wash and use again.

Somehow, this seems incomplete. What will happen tomorrow?

Looks like we now know who’s hoarding the paper towels.

Such diligence. He’ll have his early 60s Chevy on the road by the early 60s.

Looks like Sergio is hording paper towels for some reason? Or is Baldos’ being lazy going to cause a fire? Tune in tomorrow!

There’s a part of me that thinks this is a reflection on one year ago, when we couldn’t find paper towels.

Baldo looks like he has a beard in the last panel, or, are my eyes glazed over?

So now it’s paper towels we’re hoarding? TP wasn’t enough?
