Trespassing on the field during the games, trespassing private property and pestering them by loiteing on their rooftops, stalking, spying, and loitering around, so many charges against the umbrella guy that cops are almost always after him these days.
3. Bozo watches the game for free by tying himslef to the very tall pole outside. Don’t try this outside your local stadium or any other stadiums, folks!
And all three strips have such great perspectives! Such accuracy in rendering three dimensional depths on a two dimensional paper!
Just look at the lovely outdoors scenes. Even in the indoor scene, the bed at an angle with respect to the audience, adds to the three dimensional depth aspect, even though it’s only seen in a small area in one side. The building, the bushes, and the umbrella guy on the building in the background, the moon and clouds in the sky, the Bozanne’s house at an angle to the audience, the shadow of the ladder on the house, all drawn with great care.
The second one is a treat to the eyes too. Bozo’s car in the foreground, the buildings and umbrella guy being chased in the background, tye dog jumping off the car, bozo getting off the car, and finally the butcher chasing the dog with the stolen fowl in his mouth. All rendered with three dimensional depth and perspectives.
And once again in the third one, more great perspectives and three dimensional depths. Bozo coming outta the shop which is at an angle to the audience, the road with people and vehicles in the background, and finally the last one, which gives us a spectacular view of tge stadium below with Bozo sitting above what appears to be a high rising electric pole (Or is it that a telephone or a telegraph pole) outside the crowded stadium. And I dunno if there was actually that kind of such high rising likes at that height that carried wires.
Being a completely pantomime strip with no words spoken ever by any of the characters, artwork is the only way to convey the funny to the audience, something which Foxo Reardon excelled at. And drawing things in proper perspectives and giving a great three dimensional depths to his artwork is another excellent thing in his greatly enjoyable comic. Bozo has the power to bring smiles to everyone everyday.

1) Ah, how romantic, music being played and a beautiful lady is captivated until the monkey climbs to her window with a pay cup. Bozo is an organ grinder.
2) Bozo is going hunting with his spotted dog. The car backfires and the dog mistakes it for a gun sound. He runs into a butcher shop and brings Bozo a whole bird.
3) Bozo goes to the ball game staking out an electric pole to sit on to watch long distance.

Are the feather and the medal a Notre Dame thing., as friend HappyDog suggests above? Or does that just come from the pennant?
Is the coat to provide protection from the power lines, or the cold at such an altitude?
