1 Should have booked round trip instead of one way.

2 Your future is looking a bit fuzzy. Just a sec. Ah, that’s better. You will meet a tall dark stranger. He will be carrying an umbrella.

3 And now Mozart’s Divertimento for Harmonica and Taps in E Flat Major #3.

Bozo gave till he couldn’t give any more.

I went yesterday, and it didn’t go smoothly. Took a stick in each arm just to get half what they wanted, because the vein simply stopped bleeding after a while.

    1) Pushing someone’s wheelchair by day, the injured one pushes a tired out Bozo by night and home.

    2) Bozo as a soothsayer who needs a looking glass to see the minutia of the crystal ball image.

    3) In music: Bozo takes out his harmonica to play that fandango music!

HistoryIn the 1st century CE, Pliny the Elder describes use of crystal balls by soothsayers (“crystallum orbis”, later written in Medieval Latin by scribes as orbuculum).3 By the 5th century CE, scrying was widespread within the Roman Empire and was condemned by the early medieval Christian Church as heretical.4

Dr. John Dee was a noted British mathematician, astronomer, astrologer, geographer, and consultant to Queen Elizabeth I. He devoted much of his life to alchemy, divination, and Hermetic philosophy, of which the use of crystal balls was often included.5

Crystal gazing was a popular pastime in the Victorian era, and was claimed to work best when the Sun is at its northernmost declination. Immediately before the appearance of a vision, the ball was said to mist up from within.4

Romani fortune tellers used crystal balls to predict the fortune of their customers. 6
