I love Bozo’s anarchic streak.

LOL! More great laughs with great artwork. Foxo Reardon was a master of drawing three dimensional perspectives on two dimensional paper. Do spend time to appreciate tye artwork too after you has enjoyed the jokes, friends.

Once again, a big thumbs up for Foxo’s marvellous masterpiece Bozo!

3. Mmmm… This smells so delicious that I is going to eats it myself.

Me working in a restaurant would never works out too. I’d always eats the foods myself before I gets it to the customer. I can bearly resists foods.

Although you may miss it on first glance, observe every panel closely. You will then see peoples or vehicles or buidings or any objects in the background, all masterfully drawn to create a great three dimensional depths on scenes drawn on two dimensional paper.

And not only foreground and background, Foxo excels in rendering multiple levels of three dimensional depths by drawing such that each subject appears to be at different focal points from the reader.

For example, in First strip, observe the skillfully done perspectives of Bozo being closer to you than the cop who’s a bit behind. As then the people and cityscape behind them.

In the second strip, Bozo getting his shoe polished is drawn in such a skillful manner. The scene being at an angle to the reader aptly renders a great three dimensional depth. In the following panels, the cars and peoples in the background and a cityscape outline behind them are well placed behind Bozo to create a great three-d depths.

And if I hadn’t zoomed in as much as possible I’d have easily missed the following in the third and last strip for today.

Just look at the people and tables behind Bozo’s waiting table and customer, in the first panel. Also in the second panel, the tables and peoples in multiple levels in the background aptly depict the depth of the serving hall of the restaurant. Even though the next two panels have a simpler background depths in comparison, they still portray three dimensional depths.

Umbrella guy didn’t want to go out in the rain or get a steak dinner.

1) The policeman was a cigarette lighter. 2) Soaked socks. 3) He ordered it rare. Bozo couldn’t resist.

2. Bozo didn’t want to waste the money he spent on a shoe shine.

3. The old fake waiter to get a meal trick.

Waiters usually eat in the back room so customers don’t keep interrupting their meal asking for more water….

① That poor flatfoot is his own worst enemy. But Bozo should help him out once in a while.

② Sandles are the answer, Bozo. Rain or shine, and leave the socks at home!

③ “We serve meals fit for a king, and we even provide the taster.”

The progression from clear sky to clouds to rain reminds me of an idle hour on an upper outside terrace in Virginia Beach, watching the distant clouds come closer, closer, and then get dark, and then commence with the downpour. It only took a few minutes and was utterly satisfactory from a gawker’s point of view. If I hadn’t been concerned about dampness, I’d have held up a 10 for it.

Imp of the Perverse in 2 of today’s strips.

1) Hot to trot: Child does the hot foot trick on the cop, Bozo get’s a light and walks away. The police man gets burned.

2) Shined Shoes: To protect he newly shined shoes, Bozo takes them off and bundles them away as it rains.

3) Dinner Time: Bozo takes an order for steak then eats it himself!
