It just dawned on me…Umbrella Guy never uses his umbrella when it rains, if fact in one strip he folded it up when it started to sprinkle; do we need to rename him “Parasol Guy”? (Just kidding, you know he’ll always be U.G.!)
The Imp of the Perverse and Rule of Funny with these three.
1) Make Room, Make Room!: Bozo dumping trash. The trash can is full so he empties it and then throws his trash in it. Leaving a mess.
2)Fire Me Up: Bozo is in a building on fire needs help. Then he throws his possessions out first instead of himself.
3)Bus, Bus, Catch the Bus: Bozo runs to the bus stop and makes it in time. The bus unloads big time and leaving Bozo stunned as the bus drives off. Ouch!

Bozo is sometimes seen driving a car, but I think he wrecks his cars pretty frequently and has to ride the bus for a while until he can get a new one.
Looks like his last car lasted long enough for him to forget what the bus stop can be like at rush hour.
