1 Looks like Bozo can’t afford new material right now, so he’s got to resort to the old tried and true.

2 Just what the old swimming hole needs. Coat hooks. (shade comes later)

For a lot of Treed, I thought Bozo was planting it in the snow.

SEAT OF TROUBLE-Poochie must have been playing Coppertone Commercial with Bozo. TREED-Only Our Hero would come up with a genius idea be able to hang his clothes so that he could swim. (Glad Bozo did not decide to Skinny Dip!) ONE DOWN-Ah the old banana pratfall.

These wonderful wordless wonders by the tremendously talented FoXo Reardon always bring me great joy and sheer cheer.

But despite being a great classic of great creative calibre, neither BOZO nor FoXo are much known or remembered these days.

I like the scene of Bozo diving into the water with the cigar still in his mouth. I’m beginning to think he never actually lights it.

I have never seen anyone slip on a banana peel, or have a piano being hoisted outside a building fall on someone, or someone steal a pie cooling on a windowsill, or a dog catcher…

At least the cop is having a good day. :)

1) SCRAPS SCRAMBLE: Bozo chasing after Scraps. Seems the dog has bit off the seat of his pants and is taking it away. He has them back and off he goes to fill the hole!

2) PLANT & WATERED: Budd’s Nursery Bozo buys a tree, plants it and then takes a dip in the Waxihanna river!

3) SLIPPED HIS MIND: Bozo eats a banana and tosses the skin carelessly away. Police officer O’ Shawnessy sees it and demands he come to him. Bozo slips on his own banana peel just what the cop wants for a little laugh!
