If she jogs by the Monty strip, she can ask Moondog for some tips on how to fake out a fitness tracker.
Mark it down, Betty. We saw you do it.
Her knees and ankles will definitely give her credit. On the plus side, her scale will also give her credit!
Just shake the watch a little it’ll give you credit. Mine once gave me 50 steps for putting on my pants.
I’ll stick with speed walking, less stress on the knees and it uses more muscle groups.
I can relate with the obsession! When cycling, I run a GPS app on my phone as well as my GPS enabled bike computer. I upload each ride and get extremely annoyed when 1 method doesn’t work for some reason.
I thought I was the only one that needed approval from my tracker.
Check the Health app on your iPhone. It probably has the same information, or just as good. If not, fake it.
