    Dill cracks me up.

Yes, you can stay for lunch. No, you cannot have your popsicle sticks back.

No, but you’re in luck. We’re having a an all-you-can-eat popsicle buffet.

Time is a lot different for kids. When I was in kindergarten and we had the two-week Christmas break, I thought school was over. When I went back, I was convinced it was the next school term and that I had to repeat kindergarten. I thought this until I was an adult. I finally asked my mama and she told me what had happened.

Minutes/days. Time is meaningless when a four-year-old is in the midst of a panic. Madeline is the antidote to Alice, though (thank goodness!). And as for Dill, IMO the youngest four-year-old enrolled in Blisshaven pre-school, by all means feed him, Madeline.

Can I keep him, Mommy? He just followed me home!
