It is nice to have a talkative cat, but, they DO tend to make you crazy, when they decide to sing bawdy sailor songs at 2am!!! Our most talkative cat did that once in a while…he must’ve had a secret stash of Olde Katnip that he’d get into & when he was good-n-pickled, he…sang…The Sprog always said she was glad she couldn’t understand cat language, because those songs just could NOT be fit for human ears!!!

We thought our female cat had no voice for the first few months we had her – we were actually going to ask the vet to check her vocal chords.
Then she decided to speak up, and now she talks the hind leg off a donkey all day long.
