Cathy: Irving's here. Do I shake his hand? Kiss him on the cheek? Pat his shoulder? Or, no touching? Considering how close we once were, not touching seems weird...but a shoulder pat or cheek kiss for a man who ruined my life seems bizarre. To wait and do what he does is to hand the reins of power back to him, which I vowed I would never do!! Forget saying "goodbye". How does one say "Hello"?
