I hope this starts a side-effects theme. There is no secret cure for COVID-19. DARPA is a highly respected agency which was instrumental in the development of, among MANY other things, the Internet.

I don’t think I like these “rich people secretly horde cures for diseases” jokes because it fuels conspiracy theories and we have enough of those already
