Got my first shot today (I’m 50 and in India, we have started vaccinating those over 45.). Hope I don’t get any fevers/aches, which a few are getting here. I tend to vomit a lot if I get a fever!
We need to keep masking until ~70% of the population has been vaccinated and we have a good handle on the variants. The more discipline we have the sooner we will get back to new normal.
We celebrated Easter outside with tea, cookies, distancing, and no masks. It was just our pod and everybody had at least one shot and everybody will have 2 by next week.
I got my two Pfizer shots and my wife has gotten the first Moderna, no issues. A coworker got the John 1 shot and both were knocked for a loop for a couple of days.
I’ve had my second injection with just a temporary pain in the deltoid for a few hours. No change otherwise. The time change however still effects me in a negative way.
I will be wearing my masks till the CDC sees it as not needed anymore.
He’s right. Put the damn mask back on. You can still have the vaccine and not have symptoms. Doesn’t mean you can’t give it to someone else without the vaccination and kill them.
I also haven’t had to get an allergy shot in over a year since I started wearing a mask. I’ll happily wear a mask the rest of my life if it keeps my allergies under control. And I’ve had both Pfizer shots as did both my grown kids that live with me. We all have co-morbidities so we qualified in the second round. Other than a sore arm (duh, I had a shot in it) the only side effects were fatigue after the second shot. So I took a weekend to laze around.

No mask? Where’s your sense of social responsibility?

At least to protect your nose from the smell of the garbage…

He’s right Crunchy. You still need to wear a mask! Well, except for that “being a cartoon” bit. ;-)

Got my second shot last Thursday, it was a rough weekend but I didn’t miss any work
I stock groceries, don’t think I’m going to be allowed to take the mask off in the store any time soon regardless of vaccination status

Ironic, isn’t it? That cop isn’t wearing a mask, but that crook is.

This dude is correct. The masks have always been for other people and you can still carry and spread it once vaccinated.

Wife and me both got our shots, one of each, no problems at all. Funny how some people have a reaction and some don’t…

got my first today, laid down for a minute and took a 2 hr nap. Even if you are fully vaccinated you should wear a mask to protect others.

If the experimental gene therapy “vaccine” doesn’t liberate you from the face diaper, what’s the point of taking it?
