me too. that is the really “All Natural” way. No fillers, no worries about who might have contaminated it and with what…

I love my supplements. There’s no way that I could get all of my vitamins from fruits and vegetables. I feel so much better when I take them, and there are several supplements that you can’t get from food or there’s not enough in food to make it reasonable. Plus I need extra of some vitamins for a chronic health issue and there’s no way that food can handle that. It’s really not that hard, and I’d rather take vitamins than prescriptions.

She just needs about 1000mg of exercise each day, needs to start eating healthy, and learn to relax… Forget the snacks, forget the chocolates, lattes, and soda…
But then she wouldn’t have an excuse to be wired all the time, would she? :)

And it hasn’t gotten any less complicated since this was published. Do we really need all those choices?

@webspider: and then how would Cathy Guisewite earn a living?

I only take 5 vitamins once a day: a multi-vitamin, Vitamin D, Biotin, fish oil (for heart health) and a calcium/zinc/magnsium pill.
I’m hoping this is enough to keep me as healthy as possible for as long as possible … and if I’m lucky, maybe they’ll even keep me off the prescription meds permanently!
P.S.: If anyone else knows something else a young 40-something woman ought to be taking that I don’t know about for my health, then I’m hoping you’ll let me know!

Very accurate take on vitamins. Next option overload is toothpaste.
