Early on in the masking hysteria, I overheard two checkers at the grocery store. One told the other that he already had a headache. His mate said, “I know. I do, too.” So, do you suppose that after nearly a year of hypoxia (too little oxygen in the blood) and hypercapnia (too much carbon dioxide in the blood) can be the cause of your headache? When I worked at very busy supermarkets, the cacophony of the front end never gave me a headache.
