A bit of an OT comment—I just noticed a “new” comic (began March 7th): https://www.gocomics.com/mtpleasant/2021/03/07 A couple of city kids and their cat go to live with their rural grandparents. Talking animals (and even people), reasonably friendly tone, and some zaniness.
