I started a new job rather inauspiciously. For the first week, I was given some IBM manuals to read, and no matter how much I fought it, I kept falling asleep… ☺
We – well mostly me – need the TV on when going to sleep or cannot fall asleep as my mind wanders too much.
Now are we are talking about the actual bi-monthly AARP magazine or does that apply to the monthly newspaper also. I find their monthly newspaper more interesting than their magazine.

A friend of mine reads the AARP magazine to me while I’m driving. Hard to not nod off.
