There does seem to be a proliferation of accusations – don’t know if they coincide with actual incidents or not. If they are all warranted, then that is a tragedy in itself. If not, these allegations can ruin a business, career, or reputation; even if the accused is later exonerated.
Name calling, especially with a made-up word hardly counts as “violating rights”. If anything, you can call it rude, inappropriate, slanderous (if you really want to go there), or mean…but I don’t think it violated any of her rights.
