    I have always loved Fred Basset, however in the 1970s our neighbours had a male Basset Hound and a little further up the street other neighbours had a female Dalmation. Have you ever seen a cross between a Dalmation and a Basset hound? Oh dear, :) this poor dog was extremely clumsy and not very intelligent either but he was extremely lovable. In fact, visitors often blinked, paused and said good grief, what is that?
