I saw a video of someone blowing up balloons and filling them with red and green dye and froze them. Once Christmas came around and snow in their area, they peeled the balloons off and put them around their sidewalk as Christmas ornaments. Quite clever.

Only a child would think of water balloons as a good substitute for snow balls. Consequences are never considered.
