You really are from another tribe : Mike was on the Walden Football team when you were a little baby rescued in Vietnam. That’s about 17 years of age difference.
So, is he asking her out to dinner and is she suggesting that it could turn into a breakfast date too or, is he asking if that is what she eats for dinner and she is telling him that it is her breakfast?
I haven’t had Velveeta cheese in YEARS. Is it still made???? Never mind, I’ll google it. . .if I remember correctly, it was called a “cheese food,” wasn’t it?. . .whatever that means. . .
When I was in college my breakfasts were generally 2 or 3 eggs and juice, sometimes bacon or sausage. My friends subsisted on cold pizza and junk food, or skipped it entirely. So now I’m old and fat, and they’re old and skinny.
I was very old school in college…kellogg’s pop tarts! They were a great meal substitute for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But I had a rule about not eating them more than once a day. I may not have been eating too healthy back then, but I had to set some limits.

Does Kim know a former coworker of mine? Every morning, he used to have a roll and Diet Dr. Pepper for breakfast.

Silly girl, everyone knows that beer is your breakfast drink, preferably with cold pizza, but nachos will do in a pinch.

My grandfather, a veteran of WWI, used to have a cigarette and raw egg, poured into a glass, for breakfast.
