BIG NATE AND THE ESCAPE FROM DEATH: PART 3

Nate walks back home with his dad, Teddy, and Francis. Teddy and Francis wave goodbye to him once he reaches it, and enters his house. Marty goes into the kitchen.

Marty: I’ll be making some spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. They’ll be ready in about an hour.

Nate: Oh… yay!

Nate (thinking): Yuck.

Nate goes upstairs to his room. He doesn’t like Marty’s spaghetti and meatballs, or at least how he cooks them: expired in the bag, left burned and crispy, and served with cold meatballs. Last time he ate it, he barfed in the toilet. Anywho, Nate lies down on his bed and starts thinking about his experience with Death.

Nate: So I escaped death… great. And now I’m back on Earth… great. But, something’s… wrong here, for some reason. Was I… supposed to die? Man, this is hurting my brain…

While thinking, he hears a crack coming from under his bed. As he looks down, he can see it’s a HUGE CRACK. Oh no… what’s gonna happen?

Nate: OH NO.

Nate’s bedroom starts to rumble. Feeling all this, Nate gets out of his room. But, when he does so, he finds out it’s the whole HOUSE that’s shaking! It’s going to COLLAPSE!

Marty: Wait, what’s happening?

Ellen: I don’t know, but QUICK, RUN OUT OF THE HOUSE!

“I heard Jenny still has to use crutches to walk, so she can’t be on stage. I’m 80% sure, that Artur and Gina will kiss each other, when the curtain falls. I’m gonna pay the security guy, to rise the curtain”.

“Sounds good”, Chad said. Others nodded with their heads.

“What about you, Nate?”, Teddy asked.

“I don’t know”, I said. “Sure, Jenny should know about Artur, but… she’s our friend, right? I don’t wanna watch her breaking her heart as much, as mine”.

“But Nate, we’re gonna be with her, like we were with you!”, Coco tried to persuade me.

“Okay, let’s do this!”

He was loved by his family, and he decided that in his lifetime, he was going to stop the Godfrey. He may have succeeded. He may have not. We will not know until tomorrow. LONG LIVE UTAP!

That fly must be grossed out. Imagine how many other disgusting things Mrs. Godfrey ate. Have you seen that comic Nate drew with her eating leeches? At least the fly didn’t suffer though. The bad breath probably killed it before it went in her mouth. Any way, have a good day!

It’s cool how peirce can turn one little classroom conversation into an entire arc

This was a pretty funny comic but these arks have been really lame recently. I think Lincoln is running out of ideas. I think if he integrated something that would shake up the Big Nate formula then the arks would be much more interesting.
