I wonder if the artist is dyslexic. It appears only seconds pass in today’s comic, but Nate switches instantly from a right handed glove to a left handed glove. Also at the same time the green shirt guy switches from standing to the right of the Captain to the left, but that we come to expect to maintain the talking order. Nate however doesn’t talk so there was no reason.

If Louie is on the team, that is a legal out!

Tandem outfielders are not illegal in baseball, are they??

Nate is centre-field and Louie is right-field. Seems legal to me.

Meanwhile, the runner on first is tagging up and stealing all the way to home while Nate and Louie are doing their victory dance.

I don’t know much about baseball but, all that’s said, shouldn’t there be more players in the game??

The ball didn’t hit the ground, thanks to Louie!
Good evening, Crew!

Yup—the ball never touched the ground, so that’s an out in my book.
