P1, Wow, what a mess this panel is. A Central runner coming into 3rd with a throw coming in from where, first? And I guess that’s Landry backing up 3rd but why so close. Can’t anybody here play this game?- Casey Stengal.
P2, The Central player tries to use the narration box to catch Corina’s drive but it doesn’t help.
P3, Corina needs to take her own advice and be a bulldog.
In all reality , Corina realizes that she has no chance of catching the pitch in the dirt so she tackles the Central runner before she can score . The other Central runner is held at third. The Ump allows the first Central to score and then throws Corina out of the game .
Today’s strip is a mess of third grade artwork. In what universe (OK, stop me, I’ve answered my own question) does “a sinker in the dirt” go up, towards CK’s head?
P1- Isn’t that Big Ken Brown’s sister playing 3rd? Waiting for her to follow in the family footsteps and make things happen.
P2- What did our anti hero rock? Double? Triple? Four bagger?
P3- The first thing that came to me was Family Guy Peter Griffin doing his Jackie Gleason impersonation in front of his institutionalized brother in law Patrick, “Pow! Right in the kisser!”
P1 – Where is that throw coming from? First base by the angle, but the girl is not in post-throwing motion. In fact, why the hell is she standing on the bag probably 15 seconds after the ball was hit and the batter has long since passed?
P2 – That is a blooper, not a “rock”. And why is the defender running in and then jumping? Horrible instincts!
P3 – There is no way CK retrieves that ball and guns out a runner advancing. Which means, tomorrow she will.
And speaking of advancing, I’m advancing the theory that 4 out of 5 dentists prefer Mopped Up Thorp.

P1- #12 pushes the base out of the way as the central player slides by. Out!!
P2- Even with Shaq’s giant glove, Morganna’s granddaughter can’t reach it as she falls forward.
P3- CK is so hot that her facemask is melting down her jersey.
