He sounds…..very sick.

I didn’t often take sick days, largely because most of those days fell on the weekend.

The nurse is his mother-in-law.

He sounds bad off for sure.

I’ll bet that Chiefey loves those days when Thorny calls in sick. Everything runs more efficiently that way.;-D

I called in sick to work permanently years ago.

Let’s see how much work gets done today without Thorny.

The chief will miss having Thornapple around after a bit. They have a hate/hate not quite so much type of relationship.

Boss man will have a bad day too. No one to kick around.

Ha! Thornapple has been bested! Brutus is not always a born loser.

The true measure of a person’s sickness, as you hate to waste a sick day when you are actually sick…..

Why is it that when you scheduled a midweek day off the weather would be lousy. But, if you were genuinely sick it was warm and sunny.

So his not merely sick of work.

I wish companies wouldn’t even have a “sick day” label. Sometimes people just need a day off for one reason or another, and if they’re not sick, they have to lie and say they are. There should be a more generic term for it.

TO BE OR NOT TO BE – THAT IS THE QUESTION. HOME OR WORK, WORK OR HOME?
