And yes, the idea of suffering to build character is very much in a Dad wheelhouse. It’s like ur-Dad stuff.

Geez, Heart, get your feet off the dang table.

Or maybe ask for singing lessons? The teacher gave Heart the reason Snootypants got the lead over her. Get training!

That’s actually a very good advice. At least for actors.

Missed the point. You don’t seek suffering. You mine the emotions you experience when you suffer.Dad must be method.

And you never deliberately sabotage a show. Because what you do will boomerang back upon you and your friends. You learn from the experience, work on your short-comings, and resolve never to be put in that position again.

Sad. live for today and only today? No thanks. God has promised those that know our Lord, Jesus Christ, eternal life. Maybe not always in this body, but it is still eternal life. I know someone who had a brief glimpse and I will take that that.. Tomorrow and forever, it only gets better.
