Just yesterday, wife: what was I supposed to remind you of when we got home? Me: oh that’s right, clean the inside of your windshield. Her: oh that’s right, so go clean the inside of my windshield.

Hey, at least he remembered that she asked him to do something, even if neither of them can remember what it was.

“Ahh… Wait. Now I remembers. I asked to you to make chicken kebab for lunch.”

“SHRIEEEEEEEK!”

A “perfect” pair – they “think” alike.

That’s why I write tasks on an erasable white board. Once written it is harder to forget ;-)

I just knew, if you thought about it long enough, I’d remember!

Reminds me of some times when my wife was alive. We would spend 2 or 3 hours trying to figure out what she wanted me to do ! ! !

I had set the Amazon devices to remind “us” of the important things like every night it was set to remind my recently deceased wife to give her mother her nightly pill and insulin shot at 7pm. It was started as a “joking” reminder for her and now I realize how important it really was because when my wife died 12 weeks ago my brain is in a total fog. Without that reminder I don’t know what I would do.

Mr. Pheets and I tag team on just about everything… kinda nice : )

Been there, done that. Everything gets written down now.

I always wait awhile when my wife asks me to do something. At least some of the tasks will be forgotten, when she asks again I know she was serious.

Couldn’t have been too important, was what my parents would say.

Though Steve Martin had said “Well, it couldn’t have been too im-portant!” “Oh yeah, I remember. I’m radio-active!”

This is why my bride has at least four lists at any one time. I don’t know where they are, and neither does she.
