My burgers are plant-based…
It takes the consumption of a LOT of plants to turn a little calf into a market steer…
They eat grass and maybe grain… but never other animals…
so I figure beef is largely made of plants.
People are welcome to refer to their vegetable patties as burgers. I just want it understood then when I ask for a burger, it should once have been part of a steer.
It’s rather conspiguous.
