Wish the last son of Krypton would push the earth out of the sun’s way in order to end this Clark County, Washington heat wave that’s occurring this weekend.
I’d like some crunchy eggplant casserole… of course, it’s a taste I’ve developed in my later years. https://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/sandra-lee/crispy-eggplant-parmesan-recipe-1919034
While the sun is in its main sequence phase (for most of the past 4 or 5 billion years), it has slowly been getting warmer, and will continue to slowly get warmer until it enters its red giant phase (in another 4 or 5 billion years).

Of course, the earth can’t be moved by pushing super hard on it in that manner. All you’d succeed in doing is punching a hole through it.

I am thankful my mom didn’t make such unappetizing food
… and didn’t “force” us to eat foods we didn’t like.(She was willing, though, to let us go hungry for awhile.)

I’m surprised that she hasn’t tried Spinach. After all, Popeye loved having his can of Spinach.
