Lonewolf May I have some waffles with cinnamon, some fruit slices and a extra large, super huge chocolate milk please? I would ask for some Nuc. coffee, but I’ve seen some of the messes it can make.
I just got here, Lonewolf. Good morning to you and to all!
I just got up from an unsuccessful attempt to go to sleep at the normal hour (it’s 1:55 AM here…mark). I just had a jar of Bulgarian yogurt as a midnight snack. I’m tempted to make some CocoMocha and put this insomnia to good use.
LONEWOLF Not only did you and other BIRDBRAINS attack me at 2AM in 2C &aC, but now you didn’t even post one of your wonderful menus. Without NUC COFFEE I am nothing.
Morning TRIBE How would you like it if you got out of bed, rebooted, and were attacked by tales of faces before the percolator burped once?
Lewreader, you misread my comments at 2C&C. I didn’t see any faces there. I called it a mirage and Lewellenbruce seemed to see the same thing I did. We’re good over there.
Good Morning, Serena. The couch is getting bigger now a days here. And there are always new faces here, too! I see them too, Serena. Ain’t it grand. More friends, more fun!!
Morning Doc
You’ll have to keep this couch thing going, tho I have no idea about the penguin.
And the faces…. But I did comment on the toon before I started having fun and gabbing and I gotta go now ‘cause MY meds are calling to me and they’re using someone elses name and my coffee pot’s growing a face on thepot and on the lid and and and
Bye
So you aren’t the one who has been showing the couch faces for days on end until it finally decided it wanted one of it’s own? I thought I saw you doing just that last week, Doc
You have to really watch around here these days. Not only food fights, water fights, snowball fights and other fun stuff. Now the fish and even the furniture is getting into the act.
I went fishing once with my son and he caught a big one and it scared him and he dropped the pole into the lake and i had to go after it but it was a REALLY big one and when he held it up it was longer than he was so we took a picture and then ate it…
Is anybody else finding that gocomics is really slow to get to show the comments? For me, each day seems a little slower than the last. Today, especially in the last half hour it seems to be about a minute wait for the comments to appear below the strip.
At least GoComics lets you opt out of receiving many ad cookies. I have put many types into my anti-virus software to be not accepted. Have stopped having any put onto my computers.
Sojourner - How do you opt out of the gocomics cookies? It has been so long since I signed up, I don’t remember if that question was asked.
Hi, Grog & Terry!
Rmom - As I remember when I joined I read all of their polices. I think in their privicy police they listed two web sights you could go to and opt out of receiving any cookies from their customers. The opt out is only good for the computer you do it on as it puts a cookie on it to block receiving any cookies from their customers. It’s good for 10 years so if you still have the same computer you have to redo it then.
I use PC Tools - mainly just because I’m used to it. The cookie for blocking other ad cookies should not be recongnised as something bad so it should be alright (many kinds of cookies are used and are on your computer that anti-viris software does or can allow). I’m not sure of Norton as it’s been a long time since I have used it and don’t know how it works be it should be fine.
If you do business on the net, including your bank, they need to use cookies. The trouble with the ad cookies is that they collect info about you and sell or use it for compaines to target you for things. Anti-vires software reconizes this type to remove it from your computer.
That’s why finding a few cookies isn’t any big deal to me - but when I have a large number, I always wonder where they are coming from. I’ve been in computers since punchcards, and my hubby & one of our sons are computer geeks, so I’m pretty well covered on general computer knowledge. It is just specific to gocomics that I wondered about.
Hello LuvH8 - About the movie I mentioned, it does have some bad language in the beging part. That usualy prevents me from recomending something. Too often today things like that are used to help sell the show, but in this case it helps show the reality of what the girl had to put with. (if you want turning off the audio at those parts won’t effect the show much) IMy brain doesn’t work too good when it gets late. The young girl having a hard life and being put on her own (with her life at risk) and being teemed up with a hit man that’s a loner and doesn’t want to be bothered by anyone is a good show of how their relationship is developed.
Rmom - that brings back memories as I also used punch cards when learning the Cobal language. Most of my experience is on DOS and propriatory systems. After Windows 3 I stoped keeping up on tech things so I really don”t know much today.
Some profanity is okay, I am trying to cut back on the amount I use though. (Sometimes I wonder if I am the only one on this strip who has this problem.)
A couple with three children waited in line at San Francisco’s Pier 41 to purchase tickets for a boat trip to Alcatraz. Others watched with varying degrees of sympathy and irritation as the young children fidgeted, whined, and punched one another. The frazzled parents reprimanded them to no avail.
Finally they reached the ticket window. “Five tickets, please,” the father said. “Two round trip, three one way.”
Thats one thing I remember dad. He served on an aircraft carrier in WWII. He figured his language needed cleaning up at the end of the war and mad an pact with two other men to punch out each other if they heard bad words from each other. One of them quit because he could not take it - but my dad and the other man arrived at dock with their language really cleaned up!
No problem, Luv! I keep going back & forth - trying to clean out the junky room. At least I can see some of the floor now. Good joke, BTW!
Sojourner - I’m merely a user, not a geek. To me, if it ain’t broke, why fix it? My two geeks on the other hand think that if there’s anyway it can go faster, etc. want to change things. I learn what I need to do on a repetitive basis, but if I’m not going to have to do it again, I’d rather let a geek do it, than learn how myself. There is just too much to learn to stay on top of everything, so I don’t try. I do like to use the computer to do things which make life easier for me, so I wow a lot of people by the things I do on the computer.
I don’t think I would like it if someone punched me everytime is said a not nice word. As it is I now feel guilty, and am much more aware when I do it.
Ummm……. how’s this for computer illiterate? If it is not something you eat, I do not know what a cookie is.
Rmon - That’s the feeling I came to, it seemed that I spent as much time keeping up on things as actually using a computer. That’s why I stoped trying to know all the tech stuff and just have time to do what I needed to. Unfortunatly my main job was in Graphic Arts (pre-press) and as it became computerized learning never stoped. It was estimated that you had to re-learn half of your job skills every year just to do your job!
Please remember to place a warning before jokes so that those who do not wish to read them may easily skip over them. (In other words I know I have more dad jokes around here and I intend to periodically post them.)
Wild weather yesterday. Over in East Dakota and Minnesota, they had some 30+ tornadoes reach the ground. I was listening to the Public Radio news–but every five-ten minutes they broke in to tell about new tornado watches or warnings or even threats.
Today, we out in (safe) West Dakota just have high wind. Well, with a slight chance of thunderstorms through the next several days. But the winds are so high that the storms and clouds won’t stay long…
‘round here, it’s not the thunder and lightning–that’s pretty much fun, unless the prairie is really dry–it’s the tornadoes and the hail and even the wind that they bring.
Now, when I see emoticons, I’ll be thinking about today’s Off the Mark
If I got one of those rocket things, filled it with Nuclear Coffee and shot it into the clouds. Do you think I would get a thunderstorm with lightening?
LUVH8 If you fed the fish LONE-WOLF’S nuc chocolate pie last night, did they look like BLINKY (Simpson’s fish near the nuc power plant) this morning?. I want a 3 eyed stuffed animal to scare my cats.
Just glancing out the window: this morning was overcast and threatening rain, then about noon it cleared up, and since it’s gone back and forth. Currently overcast, with not a spot of blue visible, at least out my north-facing window.
Lewreader, Serenasakitty noticed that a couple of them were growing a second head from their stay in the Nuclear Coffee pot before we put them up there.
You live in New England, right? Do you currently have any clouds?
We finally are looking at a few days of hot, sunny weather. Not that I need it hot, but I’d like it to stay dry for a while, so my son won’t have an excuse to not do outside work. Hopefully, we can get enough siding up before the next monsoon hits. I’m hoping re-siding will keep the water out of the basement. I put up one strip of siding by myself this morning, and with my son, we put up another strip of tar paper. I’m hoping my hubby & son get a lot accomplished tomorrow on the project. Our son works better with his dad, than with me.
Oh, well……… If it means that your son wouldn’t be able to work Rmom, of course I won’t aim it at Kansas. I would hate to disappoint him. I am sure he is looking forward to working outside with his dad.
If anyone has trouble feeling alive, getting the blood pumping again, try a Mach 6 barrel roll–although they must have slowed substantially already.
Let’s see: on Earth, orbital speed is 5 miles/second, or 300 miles/minute. Mach varies, but let’s say 600-720 mph, or 10-12 miles/minute. So orbital speed is roughly Mach 25 to 30. Mach 6 is already slowed to 1/4 or 1/5 orbital speed. Assuming the planet is close to Earth…
Luv - LOL! I guess it would depend on the voice inflection. I think most sarcastic people have to be fairly witty, as it takes a certain timing and turn of phrase to make sarcasm “work”. I have to admit, I enjoy listening to our new pastor because he has a natural tendency to be sarcastic. He tells us that his wife has informed him that it isn’t a gift from God. But his sermons are much more enjoyable to listen to, than to someone without a lively sense of humor. I think sarcasm is okay, as long as it isn’t used in a way to hurt people. (Although those people with overinflated egos might be exceptions.)
@LuvH8 & Rmom, that reminds me of the story of the math Prof who is teaching the class that two negatives make a positive, both in multiplication and in logic, but that there is no known case in which two positives make a negative.
To which one student remarked sarcastically, “Yeah, right!”
Sojo - Is that nickname okay with you?
I’m glad you’re back. I need to get a little more work done before I stop for the day. Maybe you can keep Luv from aiming that rocket our way.
Since it involves Doc’s Nuclear Coffee we could probably get the gov. to supply Kansa with an anti-missle device - of course the way the gov. is doing things that might take a few years.
i’m making some JAMAICAN ME CRAZY coffee now, if that was mixed with some of Doc’s that might be really good! (it’s a local blend - I forgot all the flavors in it but it includes coconut)
@LuvH8, remember that Nekoma, E Dakota, was the only site in America that was protected, for at least a few months, by an active Anti-ballistic Missile Base–see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Safeguard_Program
Terry - Sounds like the weather is more exciting in your area than mine right now. That’s fine with me!
I don’t know how long I’ll be able to hang around. My hubby is supposed to come home sometime this evening, and we’ll go out to eat. However, he’s got to go to Wichita on his way home - he estimated ETA at 7-7:30, but based on past history, I’m not going to hold my breath. At least he’s pretty good about calling me.
I’ve got lawn furniture all over my yard and some of it is not mine! I hope the big tree holds up as I don’t want the branch over the roof to break. It’s right above my skylights.
Terry - We go to the same Mexican restaurant every Friday & Saturday evening, unless we’ve got to be some place else. Family owned, and they know us there…
Sojo - My parents met at Boeing during WW2 (Dad retired from there in the 70’s), and my hubby worked there for almost 20 years, so it was pretty common knowledge in our family.
LuvH8 Of course it’s possible! There’s only one way to find out what would happen. I’ll give some of my coffee if you want to try it - my place is already to messed up and I doubt that anything else would be noticeble at the BT.
Luv - I’ve been wondering what shooting a bottle rocket through the 4” PVC pipe where I think that copperhead is hiding would do. Might be kinda fun, but I wouldn’t want to be too close to the other end of the pipe.
Come to think of it, I once watched a guy shooting a potato gun when I was at a gun show. The potatoes went several hundred yards. With Doc’s Coffee it could probable shoot something to Florida.
I’ve got some safety goggles - hope you don’t mind if they have some scratches. Here - wear my earmuffs I use when target shooting. Wouldn’t want you to lose your hearing!
I just got a call from the pool league operator. We have a “bye” tomorrow because one team can’t make it. They don’t have enough players. I’ve got all day tomorrow to laze around if I want. Too bad I am always go go go! I’ll find several things to do, I’m sure! LOL
Rmom took her Great Pyranees, Chow & Shepherd mix to the vet. “Doctor,” she said sadly, “I’m afraid I’m going to have to ask you to cut off my dog’s tail.”
The vet stepped back, “Rmom, why should I do such a terrible thing?”
“Because my mother-in-law’s arriving tomorrow, and I don’t want anything to make her think she’s welcome.”
No wonder my hubby thinks I’m mad at him much of the time - yelling at someone gives that impression. What I want to know is how can I yell loud enough for him to hear me, without sounding mad?
Okay where is Sojo? Should we pour the Jamacian Me Crazy Coffee in first or the Nuclear Coffee in first? Do we still have whipped cream? That would be good on top.
An old man was wondering if his wife had a hearing problem. So one night, he stood behind her while she was sitting in her lounge chair. He spoke softly to her, “Honey, can you hear me?”
There was no response.
He moved a little closer and said again, “Honey, can you hear me?”
Still, there was no response.
Finally he moved right behind her and said, “Honey, can you hear me?”
She replied, “For the third time, Yes!”
And two bonus:
Two deaf men are signing to each other. The first man asks, “What did your wife say when you got home late last night?
The second man replies, “She swore a blue streak”
And the first man asks, “What did you do then?”
And the second man replies, “I turned out the light.”
A Mafia gang takes on a deaf man to run their deliveries, feeling it would be safer having someone unable to overhear conversations. However, one day when he is to deliver a large sum of money, he never shows up with it. The mobsters track him down, but don’t find the money on him. As none of them are able to use sign language, they bring in an interpreter.
Mobster: “Where’d you hide the money?” (Interpreter signs the question.)
The bag man signs his reply. The interpreter says, “He says he had to ditch it in the river because the cops were onto him.”
Mobster: “I’m not fooling around! You better tell me where that money is!” (Interpreter again signs.)
The bag man signs his reply, and the interpreter relays, “He swears he is telling the truth. He had to get rid of it.”
The mobster pulls out a revolver and points it between the deaf man’s eyes. “Tell me where that money is, or I’ll kill you right now!” (Interpreter signs his statement.)
The bag man, sweating profusely, signs, “It’s inside a shoebox under a loose floorboard in my bedroom closet.”
The interpreter says, “He says he doesn’t know where it is and he doesn’t think you have the guts to pull the trigger.”
I spent all day arranging to pick up the metal sculpture I bought a few weeks ago and preparing a spot for it in our yard. Tomorrow morning I meet the fellows that are going to help me move it. So I have to be in town at 8:30AM. It has been a beautiful day and hopefully tomorrow will be the same.
I’M BACK!!!
My power flickered off less than a second but long enough to shut off my laptop. I’ts so old it’s taken me 25 mim. to get going again. Now to catch up… I was making a comment on putting coffee into a water balloon, I’ll get back to that in a moment.
As far as shooting Doc’s Coffee to Florida the potato gun is almost finished. I’ll need a LARGE balloon to put a SMALL amount of coffee in, otherwise the sudden aceleration will break the balloon. (I learned that shooting water balloons out of a dorm window at KU, but that’s another story)
In Chemistry class, we learned that you always pour the acid into the water, never water into the acid. Maybe you have to pour Nuclear Coffee into whatever other solids or liquids you want to add to it…
If I add the rest of the coffee I’ll need better protective equipment, close my eyes while doing it, and you can tell me what happens. Once at work a fellow worker had to replace a laser inside of a scanner. He wore a special helment and arm length special gloves as the laser could explode. Just as he reached in to get it I poped a paper bag. I didn’t know a person standing straight up could jump that high! LOL
Okay, here goes! ( pours other coffee into cups with eyes closed messing half on them spilling some on table but hitting 3 of the cups - turns and runs - after bumping into several things opens eyes to see the escape route. Waiting to hear what happened )
Why not offer it to someone that comes to the BT and doesn’t know about it? It would be like a science experiment in school, we could both get to watch what happens.
Sojourner, I like rock….anything from the 50’s to the 90’s mostly…from AC/DC to ZZ Top. But I like R&B, Blues, & even The Big Band era, but no acid rock, punk rock, rap or any other such crap.
That sounds like what I like and dislike. I also like jazz, including some wierd jazz, I also like some New Age ( I call it that because some is hard to define ), music from other countries but mostly classical ( mostly piano ).
I slept for about 4 1/2 hours. I am pretty sure I only woke up about 5 times? I usually only wake up for a minute or 3. (just long enough to screw up my deep sleep)
We can set it up so one end is on top of the BT and the other end on the ground. for the combustion chamber I put two 8 foot sections of 8 inch PVC together for a 16 foot length. The firing end necks down to 2 inch PVC. Once the balloon is put into the 2 inch top I’ll fill the container with about 3 cans of hair spray. When LuvH8 has it aimed towared Florida I’ll ignight it!
When I quit coffee for what, 3 weeks? I still wasn’t staying asleep or sleeping normal hours. If I take my sleeping pills they help me fall asleep but I start waking up again within an hour or two. Not sure what would help. I know I do better with the window open than closed.
You know, I was a bit concerned when Luv was asking which direction Florida was, and I realized KS is between OR & FL. I feel a wee bit safer knowing Sojo is helping - maybe he’ll get the trajectory to go ALL the way to FL, and not just part.
Yeah, I was kind of expecting her to at least drop by and say Hello. Maybe she is out partying. It is her last weekend as a high school student. I hope she enjoys it.

George Arnold over 14 years ago
Rmom - As I remember when I joined I read all of their polices. I think in their privicy police they listed two web sights you could go to and opt out of receiving any cookies from their customers. The opt out is only good for the computer you do it on as it puts a cookie on it to block receiving any cookies from their customers. It’s good for 10 years so if you still have the same computer you have to redo it then.
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
TGIF here too! (No school today!!!!)
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
Sojourner - So you’re saying they put a cookie on that blocks other cookies? Hum, I wonder how that works with my Norton removing cookies?
George Arnold over 14 years ago
I use PC Tools - mainly just because I’m used to it. The cookie for blocking other ad cookies should not be recongnised as something bad so it should be alright (many kinds of cookies are used and are on your computer that anti-viris software does or can allow). I’m not sure of Norton as it’s been a long time since I have used it and don’t know how it works be it should be fine.
George Arnold over 14 years ago
If you have problems e-mail Norton and they should be able to tell you how to set it’s control for them.
George Arnold over 14 years ago
If you do business on the net, including your bank, they need to use cookies. The trouble with the ad cookies is that they collect info about you and sell or use it for compaines to target you for things. Anti-vires software reconizes this type to remove it from your computer.
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
Thanks for the explanation, Sojourner.
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
That’s why finding a few cookies isn’t any big deal to me - but when I have a large number, I always wonder where they are coming from. I’ve been in computers since punchcards, and my hubby & one of our sons are computer geeks, so I’m pretty well covered on general computer knowledge. It is just specific to gocomics that I wondered about.

Hi Rmom
Sorry I disappeared, I got booted. Then I called Monkey 2, her dad is a putz again today (edited to be nice).
George Arnold over 14 years ago

WARNING ~ Father Joke Ahead
A couple with three children waited in line at San Francisco’s Pier 41 to purchase tickets for a boat trip to Alcatraz. Others watched with varying degrees of sympathy and irritation as the young children fidgeted, whined, and punched one another. The frazzled parents reprimanded them to no avail.
Finally they reached the ticket window. “Five tickets, please,” the father said. “Two round trip, three one way.”
George Arnold over 14 years ago
Thats one thing I remember dad. He served on an aircraft carrier in WWII. He figured his language needed cleaning up at the end of the war and mad an pact with two other men to punch out each other if they heard bad words from each other. One of them quit because he could not take it - but my dad and the other man arrived at dock with their language really cleaned up!
George Arnold over 14 years ago
LuvH8 I’ll have to remember that! (as a kid I took that boat ride)
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
I don’t think I would like it if someone punched me everytime is said a not nice word. As it is I now feel guilty, and am much more aware when I do it.
Ummm……. how’s this for computer illiterate? If it is not something you eat, I do not know what a cookie is.
George Arnold over 14 years ago
Rmon - That’s the feeling I came to, it seemed that I spent as much time keeping up on things as actually using a computer. That’s why I stoped trying to know all the tech stuff and just have time to do what I needed to. Unfortunatly my main job was in Graphic Arts (pre-press) and as it became computerized learning never stoped. It was estimated that you had to re-learn half of your job skills every year just to do your job!

I see the penguins are still dancing.

George Arnold over 14 years ago
I’m Baccckkkk!!!!!
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
bmonk - Too bad those aren’t readily available for free. My hubby claims my blood doesn’t circulate.
bmonk over 14 years ago
@LuvH8 & Rmom, that reminds me of the story of the math Prof who is teaching the class that two negatives make a positive, both in multiplication and in logic, but that there is no known case in which two positives make a negative.
To which one student remarked sarcastically, “Yeah, right!”

My hubby is supposed to come home sometime this evening, and we’ll go out to eat. However, he’s got to go to Wichita on his way home - he estimated ETA at 7-7:30, but based on past history, I’m not going to hold my breath. At least he’s pretty good about calling me.

George Arnold over 14 years ago
The couch and rug is already ruined! Mixing it there only seems like the thing to do.

My in-laws are near Orlando, I’m sure they could use more excitement in that retirement community - as long as it can’t be pinned on me!

Lonewolf, do you remember where we put the safety goggles?
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
Sojourner, I am not doing this all alone. You get to help.
Anybody else want to help? Oh, and does anyone have a spare rocket hanging around?
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
Luv - LOL! I’ve posted a picture of our late dog on my PB, so you can put it up here. He wasn’t a St. Bernard, but as big as one.
George Arnold over 14 years ago
LuvH8 I saw my cousins fire some rockets once, it didn’t look too hard. Let me get one from them.
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
Luv - I’ve been wondering what shooting a bottle rocket through the 4” PVC pipe where I think that copperhead is hiding would do. Might be kinda fun, but I wouldn’t want to be too close to the other end of the pipe.
COWBOY7 over 14 years ago
What safety goggles??? We have safety goggles??? Have we ever used them???
George Arnold over 14 years ago
Come to think of it, I once watched a guy shooting a potato gun when I was at a gun show. The potatoes went several hundred yards. With Doc’s Coffee it could probable shoot something to Florida.
Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
I’ve got some safety goggles - hope you don’t mind if they have some scratches. Here - wear my earmuffs I use when target shooting. Wouldn’t want you to lose your hearing!
COWBOY7 over 14 years ago

Smiley Rmom over 14 years ago
No wonder my hubby thinks I’m mad at him much of the time - yelling at someone gives that impression. What I want to know is how can I yell loud enough for him to hear me, without sounding mad?

Warning: Deaf jokes ahead
An old man was wondering if his wife had a hearing problem. So one night, he stood behind her while she was sitting in her lounge chair. He spoke softly to her, “Honey, can you hear me?” There was no response.
He moved a little closer and said again, “Honey, can you hear me?” Still, there was no response.
Finally he moved right behind her and said, “Honey, can you hear me?” She replied, “For the third time, Yes!”
And two bonus:
Two deaf men are signing to each other. The first man asks, “What did your wife say when you got home late last night? The second man replies, “She swore a blue streak” And the first man asks, “What did you do then?” And the second man replies, “I turned out the light.”

Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
Well, I’ll get the mugs while Sojo catches up. Cleo & Bmonk do you want a cup of Nuclear Jamacian Me Crazy Coffee?
George Arnold over 14 years ago
LuvH8 All you have to do is dump both coffees into a cup at the same time, whatever happens will happen!
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
Well………. what do you mean me? I’ll pour in the Nuclear Coffee then you can add the Jamacian Me Crazy Coffee.
(Sets out cups and fills each halfway with Nuclear Coffee)
Okay, your turn Sojo
(backs off to a hopefully safe distance)
George Arnold over 14 years ago
As far as shooting Doc’s Coffee to Florida the potato gun is almost finished. I’ll need a LARGE balloon to put a SMALL amount of coffee in, otherwise the sudden aceleration will break the balloon. (I learned that shooting water balloons out of a dorm window at KU, but that’s another story)
bmonk over 14 years ago
In Chemistry class, we learned that you always pour the acid into the water, never water into the acid. Maybe you have to pour Nuclear Coffee into whatever other solids or liquids you want to add to it…
bmonk over 14 years ago
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
Bmonk you couldn’t have said that before I put in the Nuclear Coffee?
George Arnold over 14 years ago
If I add the rest of the coffee I’ll need better protective equipment, close my eyes while doing it, and you can tell me what happens. Once at work a fellow worker had to replace a laser inside of a scanner. He wore a special helment and arm length special gloves as the laser could explode. Just as he reached in to get it I poped a paper bag. I didn’t know a person standing straight up could jump that high! LOL
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
Oh, sure disappear!!!!!
George Arnold over 14 years ago
okay, I have the protective gear on. LuvH8 if your done with your part my ready, but you’ll have to tell me what happens as Ill have my eyes closed.

Sojourner, I like rock….anything from the 50’s to the 90’s mostly…from AC/DC to ZZ Top. But I like R&B, Blues, & even The Big Band era, but no acid rock, punk rock, rap or any other such crap.
George Arnold over 14 years ago
Here - I have some you can use. I have plenty as I use it every day.

Nah! The table is fine. Doc had it covered in unobtanium (or whatever that stuf is) a year ago.

That sounds like what I like and dislike. I also like jazz, including some wierd jazz, I also like some New Age ( I call it that because some is hard to define ), music from other countries but mostly classical ( mostly piano ).

GROG Premium Member over 14 years ago

Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
I slept for about 4 1/2 hours. I am pretty sure I only woke up about 5 times? I usually only wake up for a minute or 3. (just long enough to screw up my deep sleep)
GROG Premium Member over 14 years ago
Ummm…east-south east, *LuvH8. From where you are that is.
GROG Premium Member over 14 years ago
You got to stay away from the nuclear coffee.
GROG Premium Member over 14 years ago
Maybe you should have a Brandy before you go to bed.
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
Because of the sleep? or the ‘incidents’?
Cool who wants to shoot the launcher?
George Arnold over 14 years ago
We can set it up so one end is on top of the BT and the other end on the ground. for the combustion chamber I put two 8 foot sections of 8 inch PVC together for a 16 foot length. The firing end necks down to 2 inch PVC. Once the balloon is put into the 2 inch top I’ll fill the container with about 3 cans of hair spray. When LuvH8 has it aimed towared Florida I’ll ignight it!
GROG Premium Member over 14 years ago

When I quit coffee for what, 3 weeks? I still wasn’t staying asleep or sleeping normal hours. If I take my sleeping pills they help me fall asleep but I start waking up again within an hour or two. Not sure what would help. I know I do better with the window open than closed.
Ooops! Premium Member over 14 years ago
