I’m still tired, anti-anxiety meds do no twork well coping with the stress of the unemployment coming to a halt. I’m read to toss all the b - - - - - - s out. Forunately naps don’t cost anything.

Taffy’s going to the vet today. Appointment is paid for with my plasma money. two more appointments, the spaying and the 3rd kitten visit, and we’re done with that.

Ya’ll have fun, I got to get going. Catch you later. With luck I’ll be bringing over some fried chicken and taters to the BT lunch buffet.

Yesterday was brutal, Doc. Today and tomorrow are probably the same. I have a 10” battery operated fan for my car (the one w/o a/c). Hubby lets me take his car when he doesn’t need it (working a/c….ahh, comfort).

I also bought a big ol pork loin roast. I’m going to do a Cajun roast pork tomorrow.

(well, for another 15 minutes at least!)

Still busy, but the thunder is arriving as I type–it got warm quickly this morning (went from 64 to 78 in 90 minutes this morning) and I can hope it hit the high and is on it’s way back down…

We have a picnic tomorrow, and it might be nice by then.

I’m going to stick with the recipe I made last time, adding green and red bell pepper slivers and stick to a tablespoon of tabasco and a 3 to 1 vinegar to oil ratio.

Carmy, I can’t say that I’ve done that in Dallas that I can recall. But when going to a new city, you can always expect me to make a wrong turn somewhere. Although it took me 2.5 years to make that mistake in Houston after a number of trips to and from Dallas.

I love the weekends. I go back to work Monday.

Good evening everyone it’s been a quite day here. Got a few food items at a cheep place have to watch the budget. Ladywolf what type of pt job do you have? I wish my son would work but I can’t get him to apply for school bus driving and jobs are scare around here in KS. Now it looks like some have to have a degree to do most jobs and being younger helps.

I work on a horse ranch, and have been learning how to train horses.

Anyways it was originally just supposed to be a summer job but I decided to keep it because I enjoy working outdoors there. Plus I get paid pretty good.

Ladywolf that is better then I thought and very rare out here. I heard of another lady that does this lives west of Wichita and does the same thing. Here medical field is in demand. You could go for vet school. I thought you worked at a some dept. stores or grocery place. You have a cool job. Since you like working with horses there are college subjects you can take. I am going to try photobucket and see your neat displays.

Actually no! I was introduced to the man who would become my boss.

I wanted a summer job and when I found out that he owns a horse ranch. I asked him if I could get a job there.

At first I had my doubts about it because I had to clean the stalls.

but I stayed with it and now work out in the fields.

Ladywolf I’m not sure what you want in life but since you have your foot in one door and earning pay. Vet school you should look into. I’m not your parents. You for fortunate to have an inside like that not a lot of people do and there are a lot of people not working. Also I was curious how did you find my photoalbum? I tried yours as what you use for gocomics and what you stated and failed misserably. I like cute stuff.

Hey, Carmy. I have seen a Mr Belvedere movie with Clifton Webb. It was very good. I understand there are more, but I have not seen them. But I like Clifton Webb. He’s a very good actor and he makes the perfect snob. I would like to see more so that I can make a more informed decision on whether to try to collect the series in what ever form it may come.

I am not familiar with the Gildersleeve movies.
