Hi, Luv & Sojo! Luv - It was pretty overcast just a little bit ago, but I just peeked out the window and can see a wee bit of blue, so hopefully we’ll get some sun here today. I like having a lot of sun in the daytime, but in the winter I prefer cloudy nights. (It doesn’t get as cold that way!)

It was raining all night. Probably, it will get cloudy again soon. I really should go get my eyes checked so I can get prescription sunglasses. Light is all nice and stuff but my eyes don’t care for it much.

Luv - When I first got married, I told my husband-to-be that if I cooked breakfast before 10:00am, I didn’t guarantee the quality. There could be eggshells in the eggs, etc. Worked quite well, I usually only cook breakfast on Saturdays & holidays. (Not counting heating up PopTarts or cinnamon bread). I also got out of packing his lunches for work. All it took was to tell him about the April Fool’s Day pranks my mom did to my dad’s lunch. My hubby told me he didn’t want to have to look at the calendar before he could eat, so when he “brown bagged” it, he packed his own. Although, once he had a refrigerator & microwave available, he started taking leftovers.

Good Morning Rmom You had a plan that worked to keep you out of the kitchen.

LuvH8 Our skies have been grey all day and most of yesterday. I remember when we had 29 days of grey 13-14 years ago. When we flew to Colorado and saw the blue skies, it was a joyful time…almost as good as seeing daughter Laura.

Excuse me The Sojourner, Rmom, HopeandJoy, LoveH8 are we all former Pibgorn couch of confusion commentators?

Hi all wow what an exasting time on two subjects. I concentrated on one at a time. I wish I had a memory when I read materials would stay in my mind. I should have also realized one subject would cover all book though instructer would not. If instructer did cover all chapters by breakdown I am not sure if I would have gain any better. One final first one I passed with a C the 2nd one I failed but grade looks overall a C. I hope to find out this week.

I would like thank Rmom for her help when contained written material on discussions or journels for what I chose to write about. She majorly proofed read so instructor wouldn’t think me not too unsmart. And right now I still before I started all this do not think I am very smart. I did learn from two subjects that I didn’t know. I am not sure of others how they did.

Instructor told me just wanted to see how much student’s learn from material. I don’t know if having C and I will find out I hope this week if this will hurt or not future job wise with employer’s. I realize each instructor will rate an post each student grade for all to see. For the 2nd course I will be interested to see and research what I did wrong.

The place I work at since main boss is retiring the bigger boss’s held interviews I believe 6 people interviewed including in the 6 one who works within also interviewed who is being trained doing two jobs to work as manager for our area. They made a very fast decision. No one was surprise this one who has been working two jobs got the upgrade in position and in January 1st will be main boss for our building.

Now I have goof off time. Doctor Toon sorry I haven’t caught up on past comments here and I wish you well on your marriage. My husband and I have been married now over 29 years next year in spring 30 years. And a lot of patients. He is not a mind reader either. Our daughter is. I fairly close to be a mind reader were he is concerned. Well enough typing I will be leaving soon for part time work. Take care all.

Been a wild day today, but plan on doing nothing beyond making ‘gravy meat’ tomorrow. Some for supper, some for freezer, some for the little boy who lives down the lane…..

I’m watching Dr Who (the first part of the Cybermen/Dalek Rose Dies arc). Ooops, it’s 6pm, time to switch to The Hulk

Warming up some of the chili I made around the 1st of last month for supper. Mebbe it’ll warm my toes.

Quaby, you are going to put your toes in your chili? I think I read that chili powder is supposed to keep your toes warm. Never tried it, but wouldn’t a chili tea be less messy?

Rmom that is great one son a C for Allegbra and the other A’s in classes. Yes Luv8 yes I learned something new. Though for medical class after fast and hours later wished I had used medical dictionary though I would have to scramble. We didn’t cover whole book so I knew not what was being said on tests.

I have never taken allgebra. I went to one place years ago to catch up on math and one student teacher I wanted to boot so badly had me working with allegbra and I could not convince him I knew nothing totally in dark. I will be taking English in spring and since we are still paying on CC I plan only on taking one class. Best Christmas I could have had CC clear. Not this year.

For medical tests covered areas not covered so I floundered. I studied for what we worked with. So I failed last test. Midterm I did great. I never expected A grade.

  Rmom I was nowhere near the tornado.

Luv - I couldn’t remember where you live, but since you complain that you never get exciting weather, I thought maybe that changed. For your sake, I’m glad it didn’t. Kab - I remember from when I was in college before, that it was important to read the assigned pages before showing up to class. Too many times the tests covered something in the book, but wasn’t talked about in class.

Hey all the finals were terms I did check in current text book where terms are located and there were none. Didn’t think at the time of having bigger medical book, which I do have and current, to look up those words. I plan to try to finish reading the book. Sadly I don’t have the type of memory to recall what I read. Oh well I told my hubby if this doesn’t work out it’s not ment to be. Now something different. My hubby is looking at Kansas.com for areas in around Wichita for some homeowners on Christmas lights wow. I image where you all live in different states homeowners in your location has done the same thing.

I wish LIttle Sister does better then I. I have already told instructor’s when grades are posted if I am only a C and rest are either B’s or A’s this will be fine at least they absord the material more better. I will just play it by ear and see what happens. I will learn something. Now Pschology there were no surprises on test I was prepared though I missed some on the finals. Took two days to finish and less time to record my brian felt fried.

Rmom the medical class never covered last part of book, only up to so I was lost and it was a short time span not enough time to prepare and I don’t rmember that great.

Kab - I think I’d have a difficult time with the medical terminology class too. Rote memory is not easy for me, either. I have to understand, not just regurgitate.

Well, it’s time for me to call it a night.

The one part of medical language is listening to how words are pronounced. And good ight to you both. I will soon be calling it quites. I just wish my memory would absorb that is why as time goes I might learn but to retain. Age is a major factor.

My hubby’s been wrestling with the medical terminology with the coding classes he’s been taking. He just passed Coding II. Dunno what’s next, but I’m sure he’ll do ok on that as well.

Yeah, I’m still up. I’m kinda achy in my knee and back. Took some Tylenol about 30 minutes ago, waiting for it to kick in before becoming horizontal

Guess people are lurking, waiting for turnover. No matter. Time to go horizontal now that Superman has saved the airplane and the crowd is going ballistic.
