I don’t understand why it says “Bad dog.” If he’s cleaning up trash, that makes him a pretty good dog, in my books.

He was a bad dog. That’s why he’s having to pick up trash.

Poor fellah – never gets to hear “Who’s a good dog?”

I always enjoy seeing prison work gangs picking up trash along the highway. It means they are paying for their room and board.

Maybe this dog is bad for having made “litter” himself. :)
