I suppose that this for Brutus will not be the time for “Employee of the month”

Perhaps the only reason Veeblefester keeps Brutus around is that by comparison it makes him look competent.

Veeblefester must have just come back from his 3 martini lunch.

Don’t fall for it, Brutus!! It’s a trap!! Mess up just one more time and you’ll be out the door so quick that your underwear won’t be able to keep up with your heiney!!!

I knew it! When Brutus dials back on his effort, he’s less of a “boat anchor” for the rest of the office. ;D

I wonder what would happen to Veeblefester (sp?) if he started looking at other companies.

If that’s what the boss wants, he should hire Les Ismore.

so the less he helps the more things get done? Wouldn’t it be better if he got paid to just stay home?

Wow. Boss man’s arm around Brutus. That’s a side of the boss I’ve never seen, or even conceived of. Even with the put down, it’s still most unexpected.

I’m sure this will also be Veeblefester’s response when it comes to Brutus’ next request for a raise.
