Fellow Baby, I finally got the Luba CD I was waiting on this morning. I got to listen to some of it today in the car.

Now I’m watching Born Yesterday with Judy Holiday & Bill Holden.

mom started something new this morning. refusing to sign paperwork. i needed her to sign a “special” limited p.o.a. at a notary and she refused. if i don’t have this paper we don’t get the house. i explained that to her and she still refused. i called my sister and had her talk to mom, and she still refused. i talked, and explained, and talked, and explained , and talked, and explained, and talked and explained, and talked, and explained….

2 hours later and she said that she would sign the paperwork. we went back to the notary and she balked. the notary talked, and explained, and talked and explained, and talked… 15 minutes later she signed it. after closer examination one spot was signed only with her first name, and not on the line. THEN mt loan officer called. we signed the wrong form earlier last month. mom and i need to re sign another form tonight and email it back. and mom refused to sign it…lucky for us i could sign this one on my regular p.o.a..i don’t know what is happening, but if we need to resign the “special” p.o.a. i have no idea what i am going to do. if we don’t get this house i will be forced to find a rental, find a job, and put mom into day care.i don’t know what to do, and i’m at my whits end. and i’m sick to death with worry. and my stomach has ben starting to hurt again lately… everything sucks

noicant my thoughts and prayers are with you that everything will turn out well for you and your mom. I know it isn’t easy. I am an only and without my hubby’s help, it would have been much more difficult than what it already was. My mother’s sister telling me from miles away what I should do and how I should do it, etc etc and thank goodness for my only first cousin on my dad’s side. She adored my dad, and he her, and her and her husband were a great help and comfort. I can’t speak for your situation, but I feel so bad that you are carrying the brunt of this when you have siblings! You will get through this, that is easy for me to say, but you will!
