Dang! Somehow they got a really good likeness of him.

This gave me all the feels…the smells and sights and sounds of being a kid and visiting the neighborhood library during summer vacation – even the way the library is baking in the sun with no cars in the parking lot is familiar to me. It was such a nice break from the heat, and where books were a cause of angst during the school year, during summer the whole experience was kind of magical. At least it was to this old sentimental 90’s kid!
