For some reason it seems to be hard for Go Comics to get the current day’s strip to appear first. There have been many times, like today where I’ve had to advance the strip on the FWD button to get to the current one. Is it really that hard to do? Don’t they have editors to check what actually appears after its posted?

Sounds more like before he went into the burger game, Bert was a wife.

Now there are roach coaches … er … food trucks, but in my younger days, nothing finished off the night at the bar better than scarfing down several White Castle sliders.

Down South, it was a trip to the Awful … ah … Waffle House for hashbrowns. If all else failed, there was always Denny’s…

Andy could always use the burger as a coaster for his beer.

PBS (or somebody) did a dramatized series of “A Town Called Alice.” Memorable scene: Newcomer to the “station” approaches an eatery and asks for a little tea and toast, gets a gigantic rare steak with the growl, “There ain’t but the one breakfast.”
