Whoa….. am I actually here before anyone has done the puzzle?

We have a lovely one tonight, with Robin and Maid Marian….

and I have to confess to being wrong about something….

Call the papers! It doesn’t happen often.

    No,I don’t mean I’m seldom wrong….

    I mean I seldom confess.

    Anyway…. here’s the side by side….

OK, so you may notice that Robin does have a mustache in the puzzle.

I said the other day that I thought he didn’t…

But I knew I was wrong as soon as I saw yesterday’s strip.

Cos he didn’t have a mustache in the scene, like I remembered….

so he must have had one in the puzzle.

I just remembered they were different.

Seven, and time for bed. Sheesh, they didn’t have grounded outlets in Nottingham? You could get some shocks in those damp castles.

A C-student leading a B-life is some kind of success! But Alice is not convinced.

Alice loves Bert…. she really does.

But she’d like to live an A life, and she wonders sometimes…

is it his “B” name that holds him back?

Would her life have been different, had she dated that nice-looking Andrew fellow, from Ballard West High school, who kept asking her out?

Andy was a nice enough boy… but she had a crush on Bert.

And wait…. Andy’s last name was Palace.

No way would she have gone through life as Alice Palace.

Anyway, Alice is an “A” hostess….

She’s made little chicken salad sandwiches and a chocolate cake, for our gathering today, while we work on the puzzle.

For anyone who doesn’t know… it’s posted (vertically) at

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

though you can do it from my side-by-side instead if you like.

Remember… no spoilers or hints, please, so that everyone gets a chance to solve it unaided.

I don’t think Susan will be mad at me if I post the solution to Saturday’s Cleo &Co. puzzle. As long as you don’t look until you’ve solved it yourself she’s cool.

Also, no leaking the answers, there’s enough of that going around as it is.

For once I got 9!!!! Drat! But, there were supposed to be 10. Fiddle dee dee! (I’ll have to think about that tomorrow.)

Now doesn’t Robin Hound look more dashing with that mustache? And Maid Marian looks so fetching with her purplie eye shadow. How romantic! (sigh).

I got all 9, too. I don’t think there is a 10th. I guess I will have to go to x_Tech so I can sleep tonight.

Okay, that last one was pretty sneaky. Thanks X!

    Good puzzle today, nighthawks.

I think I got all ten in about 13 minutes. But this is prior to verification against the XTI solution.
