Very wise, Scooter. Not much can phase you, but this is just a little…too..wierd, even for a smarter-than-your-average dog like you.

Let’s see…The Canine Barking Channel? The New Bark Channel? Where’s the Previously Barked System (with pledge breaks)?

    Hullo all……

    I’m having a bit of a dilemma…

We’re on our way to Wanda and Hal’s, to do the Saturday puzzle…. and post our comments on it too….

from the Sept 8th  2018 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Which you can find on Sherpa

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

But now, like Scooter, I’m wondering whether it’s the right place to be.

    I guess we have to go, though…. Wanda has already made…. OMG…. I just remembered…. tuna sandwiches…

    and a veggie platter…..

I think Scooter’s just visiting their dog, Melville….

Melville said there’d be sandwiches… and now the dogs want to grab one and leave.

I promise, I didn’t know about the fish suits till now, so I suppose we’re not expected to wear them.

    Oh, I hope so!

Get your excuses ready, just in case.

Sorry, Wanda…. my… um…. fish suit is at the cleaners?

I hate to carp, but I don’t wear a tail for less than scale?

    Is that too koi?

    Anyway…. here’s your side-by-side….

    Happy solving!

Hey kids, guess what time it is.

That’s right, it’s time for the solution to this week’s Cleo & Co. puzzle.

But no peeking now, it’ll stunt your growth.

    ᴘʀᴇsᴇɴᴛs

NO ABC? NO CNN? NO FOX? NO GOCOMICS NEWSROOM?

    PUZZLING NON SOLUTION PUZZLE SOLUTION

       1.  Top panel: Kibble is not “New” – FDR bought it at Wal~Mart CLEAN UP ON AISLE NINE salvage sale. Bottom panel: “New Deal” Kibble dumped on White House lawn by kibble farmers victimized by trade war instigated by 1930 Hawley-Smoot Kibble Tariff Act.

       2.  Top: Actor impersonating FDR is a young Bernie Sanders testing socialism on dogs before PETA, FDA and London School of Economics will approve its use for humans. Bottom: Actor in FDR suit is really Senior White House Staff Mongrel who anonymously authored New Yorkie Times editorial essentially calling the President a Stormy Spaniels boffing, covfefe tweeting, poo poo headed, butt sniffer.

       3.  Top: FDR stuck in wheelchair due to polio. Bottom: FDR in wheelchair because Eleanor caught him stuck in Stormy Spaniels one too many times.

       4.  Top: Dog wearing red collar is commie Russian wolfhound attempting to collude with unsuspecting American dogs to disrupt 1936 U.S. Presidential election. Bottom: Commie Russian wolfhound’s collar missing after subpoena duces tecum served by Robert Mueller.

       5.  Top: FDR’s wheelchair assembled in Canada by undocumented Mexican migrant workers using parts manufactured in China from raw materials produced by Fredonian child laborers. Bottom: To save wheelchair production costs, cheapskate producers of Cleo & Co. use bucket seat and wheels stolen from 1936 Studebaker.

6-9.  Highly technical. Only Perkycat, MontanaLady, StelBel, SusanSunshine, & Alexikakos (R.I.P.? – if so, sniff) would understand.

It took me a while, but I finally found all the differences in the two panels. It’s also gonna take a while to all these past strips.

Good golly! I slept in again, and don’t have time to do today’s puzzle. The cleaning lady will be here soon, and I’m not ready. Harrumph!

See y’all in a couple of hours. xoxo
