Be careful when you stick your head out the window Fred, you ears might beat you black and blue!

No from the backseat, you can get quite the case of car sickness what with all the swaying from side to side. Hopefully your scenic route won’t last much longer.

Fred you are correct the back seat is to much side view and not front view .

Throw up on the seat, that’ll teach ’em.

“take the road less traveled” .

My sympathies, Fred! I used to hate long car trips too, and the school bus was pure misery. Aircraft bouncing around in rough air don’t bother me. A deck pitching on a rough and rolling sea is fine, but put me in the back of a moving vehicle and I’m doomed.

You need a doggie travel seat, Fred. Not only will you get a little better view, but you’ll be safer, too!

Exactly how I felt as a kid. The only thing worse is in the middle in the back…

Conversely, when we toured Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan in a minibus, one member of our group endured the seat just above and behind the driver for about 20 minutes. The rest of the time he, and the rest of us all the time, were content to sit farther back.

Just relax and enjoy the ride, Fred! Maybe the Dears could roll down your window a little.
