If you follow the dash cams video clips on YouTube it will become clear that using cell phones while driving is as bad or worse than drunk drivers. Even over the road truck drivers do it. MOST of the rear end collisions are the result of it. What even makes it worse is that almost all late model cars have Bluetooth, which reduces the need to drive with one hand rather dramatically.

Peter will violate all the rules. Most teens do.

You have to promise not to use it.

Just to make sure, they should get Peter one of those bag phones from the 1990’s. Good luck texting or watching YouTube videos on one of those, kid.
