Too many “snarls” there.

After killing so many lions he is really afraid that the police might shoot this one? Or is it more the fear that they will miss their target? (In this case they still could feed him to death with their donuts) And whatcha doin’ in that last panel, Tarzan? Well, when “Dances with Wolves” aren’t exciting enough…

Probably shoot him? Well you’ll probably stab him with yer t-rusty ol knife Tarzan. Big difference it make eh.

Tarzan wants the kill rather than give it to the police.

I have no fears for Tarzan, but I do worry for the poor lion….

1970s Tarzan is so much easier on wildlife than 1950s Tarzan. He’ll just give the big fella a hug and some catnip.
