Hanndy2, turn off the caps. And then learn something. The price of oil is set by OPEC, not by the amount of drilling in the U.S.
We need to put a tax on carbon emissions, and get building more alternative energy. Putting a tax on oil speculation would help too, to encourage those who skim off other people’s work to find a more profitable vocation that doesn’t harm us as much.
