He might not even be the brightest bulb under that lampshade (aka cone)
Stache had a way of crashing into a doorframe that would flip her cone backwards.

On the other hand, he is VERY focused.
But he’s trying to be…..
It’s cosmetic… he’s an ugly dog.
I think he was just out partying all night, he’s still wearing the lampshade.
And now he has been afflicted with tunnel vision…
It’s easier to put it on that way. : )
